Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the planning, preparation and production of food
  • Support daily operations of the kitchen and live kitchen section
  • Assist in the stock control of food and beverages
  • Adhere to professional standards of food presentation, production and portion control
  • Ensure the hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and food counters achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company standards
  • Assist with the basic training for team members
  • Any other request within the scope of the position


Requirements:

  • Working standard should be NVQ or equivalent
  • Strong internal customer care skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • Confident, professional and welcoming personality
