Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Petty Cash
  • Assist in monthly management reports and variance analyses
  • Assist in interim / annual audit works and statutory reporting
  • Handle auditors, banks, airport authorities, government authorities, and other relevant parties on accounting statutory reporting or other matters
  • Review internal control system and set up accounting workflow
  • Assist in setting up and monitoring an effective controlled operational workflow
  • Handle and monitor purchasing functions
  • Prepare inventory reports and cost analyses/reports on timely basis
  • Monitor supplier’s performance, quality and credit control
  • Monitor and involve in stock taking
  • Review internal control system on purchasing and inventory
  • Assist in setting up and monitoring an effective controlled purchasing and inventory workflow
  • Monitor cost control and assist in internal audit

Requirement:

  • Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience
  • Proficiency in MS office and accounting software
  • Experience in food/catering industry is an advantage
  • Immediate availability preferred
