  • Consolidate global business development tender management initiatives across all Plaza Premium Group facilities and services.
  • Lead  Business Development teams on tender preparation and delivery, proposals and professional presentations, closing business deals by complying with requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Review and conduct feasibility study, market research, data and opportunity analyses on potential opportunities and interpret customer, market and competitor insights to identify and extend business opportunities.  Provide advice and updates to CEO and Executive Committeeon the potential opportunities based on the strategic plan to grow the business in key markets
  • Partner with local Business Development teams to review and oversee the development of proposals, bids, quotations and/or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to RFIs/RFPs
  • Review the business model and pricing solutions for the projects undertaken and present feasibility study for undertaking any new project. Develop a business case and proposal and present to the Investment Committee
  • Lead the evaluation and revision of the lease agreement in collaboration with legal team
  • Establish & cultivate relationships/joint opportunities with potential B2B (airports/ airlines/corporates, etc.) and develop strategic partnerships alliances to generate revenue and identify business opportunities


  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with a least 10 years’ experience in business development and/or leasing and/or management
  • A strong background in hospitality, business development, aviation or sales sector is an advantage
  • Experience working on International business projects
  • Commercial driven with strong business acumen and an analytical mind
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skill
  • Strong experience in contract negotiation (i.e lease agreement)
  • Team player, energetic and able to communicate well with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing
  • Excellent command of English.  Fluent Mandarin an advantage
