Drive Sales Productivity

  • Assist to develop strong relationships with business partners to provide holistic solutions to our clients and deepen these relationships. Sustain and strengthen existing relationship with clients at all levels
  • Support Global Sales Team with the implementation and onward distribution of the lounge/hotel’s pricing
  • Monitor, analyze and improve the performance of the lounge & hotel’s distribution channels, in particular to online channels

General Sales Activities

  • Assist superiors to identify potential opportunities and generate new business for Hong Kong and overseas market
  • Achieve established monthly and annual sales revenues, new business development and referral targets
  • Use Salesforce tools to effectively document pre-call, sales call and maintain pipeline of opportunities.
  • Preparation of sales proposals, agreements and relevant reports for management review
  • Handle sales activities related to travel trade segment and online channels for offshore markets without sales team
  • Monitor sales activities related to travel trade segment and online channels and provide guidance to offshore market with sales team
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by superiors


  • University graduate with minimum in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 3-4 years’ relevant experience, preferably from hospitality industry
  • Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge in travel industry
  • Capable of working under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management
  • Aggressive, self-motivated and committed to achieving sales target
  • Attentive to details, efficient, well-planned with good business sense
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with analytical mind
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English (MUST) Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good customer service and account management skills
