| Vancouver International Airport has 3 terminals, International Terminal, Domestic Terminal and US Trans-boarder Terminal. Plaza Premium operates two Lounges, one at the International Terminal, one at the Domestic Terminal both located Pass Security and None available at the US Trans-border Terminal. |

| Q 4: Will I be able to use the discount coupon on the YVR website for internet booking? |
| All the discount coupons and promotion with the Airport are for walk in customers only. Online booking customer will not be able to enjoy the promotional offer. However, you might be risking of not able to use the lounge when it is full. Therefore, advance booking is recommended. |

| Q 5: I am an American Express Cardmember, how can I use the lounges? |
| a) Cardholders of Amex Centurion Card, Platinum Card, Holt Renfrew Platinum Card, Corporate Platinum Card, AeroplanPlus Platinum Card, or Business Platinum Card (regardless of the issuing country) can access and enjoy complimentary lounge use in Plaza Premium Lounge and Toronto Pearson Lounge in Toronto Pearson International Airport and Plaza Premium Lounge in Vancouver International Airport. |

| Centurion Cardholder is allowed to bring more than one accompanying guest(s) for complimentary at once, the policy below applies: |
| - a spouse; and / or |
| - children : infinite on numbers, as long as they are aged 4 -21; and / or |
| - travel companions : maximum 2 pax |

| For accompanying guests of the rest of the cardholders, a 20% discount of walk-in rate is applicable. |
