| Singapore Airport have 3 terminals. Gate departure as below for your reference. |

| Q 3: If I cannot find the lounge who should I contact? |
| On arrival, there are free access public phone for use. Please contact us @ 6545 0388. Alternatively, there are information counters, marshals with uniforms available to answer to your enquiry in every airport terminal. |

| Q 5: What if I am late for my departure no time to use the lounge, will there be a re-fund? |
| Provided that we receive at least 48 hours prior notice of a cancellation of a booking for Lounge Services from the Customer, we will issue a refund of the charges previously paid by the Customers. A cancellation fee for passenger will be made of SGD8.00 applies. |

| Q 7. What are the opening hours of the lounge? |
| 24 hours, in 7 days operation. |

| Q 8: Is there only a 3 hours time limit to use your lounge? |
| Yes, please refer to our “Chill Out” package online. |

| Q 9: I am an AMEX card holder; does my card make me eligible for your lounge? |
| For complimentary lounge use in Plaza Premium Lounge, Singapore; we have joint promotion with some Amex card issued from Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Canada @ selected Prefix numbers. |

| Only selected packages are valid for alcohol consumption. Please refer to our packages for more info. |

| Q 11: Do I need to make pre-booking for my lounge use? |
| You may choose to pay for the service on-site and space is usually available under normal circumstances. However, we offer 20% off discount for passenger who books in advance. |

| Q 12: Do I have to go through custom? |
| Our location is at the airside. It is at the transit area of the airport and before the immigration custom clearance. |

| Q 13: Do I need advance booking and is the airport discount (if any) valid on top of the online rates? |
| All the discount coupons and promotion with the Airport are for walk in customers only. However, you might be risking of not able to use the lounge when it is full. Therefore, advance booking is recommended. |

| Q 14 : Any charges for infant? |
| Infant from 0 – 3 years old are allowed to use the lounge on complimentary basis. However, we may require some documentation to certify the age of the infant during check in. |

| Q15. Is there a limitation for alcohol consumption in the lounge. |
| As per our Singapore Liquor licence issued under the customs act (chapter 70). Customers patronizing Plaza Premium Lounge Singapore is allowed to consume alcohol between 0600 hours – 2359 hours. Valid for “chill out package”. |

| Plaza Premium Lounge will not served alcohol to customers beyond this timing allowed. |

| Q16. What is the timing for massage packages to book? |
| Our massage service Is valid from 1000 hours – 2300 hours and last booking schedule is 2230 hours. We have only male therapists for massage service. |
