It should be printed on your e ticket.

Q 2: How will I know which departure area my flight is departing from?
Using Canada as home country - within Canada means Domestic; out of the country means International; to the US is US Trans-border.

Q 3: If I cannot find the lounge who should I contact?
Call the lounge number indicated on your confirmation screen.

Q 4: What services are available?
All food & beverages; Wi-Fi connections; TV magazines & newspapers; and shower* facilities.

(*only at T1 Domestic lounge, T1 US Trans-border Lounge and T3 International lounge)

Q 5: What if I am late for my departure no time to use the lounge wills there be a re-fund?
Provided that we receive at least 48 hours prior notice of a cancellation of a booking for Lounge Services from the Customer, we will issue a refund of the charges previously paid by the Customers. A cancellation fee for passenger will be made of CAD10. In the event of no shows by the Customer,we regret that there is no refund.

T1 Domestic 0500 – 2200
T1 International 0500 – 2130
T1 US Transborder 0500 -2030
T3 Domestic 0500 – 2130
T3 International 0500 - 2000

Q 8: Is there only a 3 hours time limit to use your lounge?
All walk-in rates are for up to 3 hours lounge use.

Q 9: I am an AMEX card holder; does my card make me eligible for your lounge?
Only Amex Centurion, Platinum charge card, Holt Renfrew Platinum, Corporate Platinum, and
Business Platinum card members are eligible for a complimentary lounge use.

Q 10: Is alcoholic drinks include in the lounge package?
Yes

Q 11: Do I need to make pre-booking for my lounge use?
You may choose to pay for the service on-site and space is usually available under normal circumstances.However, we offer 20% off discount for passenger who books in advance.
