| Provided that we receive at least 48 hours prior notice of a cancellation of a booking for Lounge Services from the Customer, we will issue a refund of the charges previously paid by the Customers. A cancellation fee for passenger will be made of USD10. In the event of no shows by the Customer, we regret that there is no refund. |
