4. I have lost my card!
If your Premium membership card has been lost, misplaced or stolen, please call our Service Center at 852-3960 1396 between the hours of 09:00 and 18:00 (GMT +8). A replacement card is subject to a charge of US$50. There is no replacement of lost card for Executive Membership.

5. How long does it take to receive my membership kit?
Please allow approximately 30 days in order to receive your Plaza Premium Lounge Membership welcome package (including guide and card).

6. What are the guest privileges in Plaza Premium Lounges?
For both types of membership, you may invite an unlimited number of guests with 20% discount off list price. Please note that guests must enter the lounge with you.

7. I purchased the Plaza Premium Lounge membership, but I still haven't received my card. Can I still access the Plaza Premium Lounges?
Members can present the confirmation letter and same-day boarding pass in order to gain entry to a lounge.

8. I am a Premium Member and I would like to purchase supplementary membership. How do I proceed?
The cost for Premium supplementary membership is US$199 (tax included). In order to purchase a supplementary premium membership, please contact us via email: pplmembership@plaza-network.com and leave a detailed message or visit to any of our lounges for details.
